The
purpose of a fulfillment program is to provide you and your authorized
buyers with imprinted promotional products available in any quantity,
ready for immediate shipment (with most orders shipping out the same
day). It is designed to be cost efficient because it allows you to buy
with quantity discounts. Fulfillment is a time intensive program. It is our job to make this program easy for you to manage. We will handle all ordering of inventory, storage, reporting, phone inquiries, shipping, questions on items, returns, billing, etc. We will count and inspect all items to verify actual quantities and imprint quality (you are never charged for items that are damaged or do not meet our stringent quality control standards). No more worrying about “lost” shipments. All packages are sent by UPS service with the tracking numbers printed right on your invoice. If a package is not delivered, we will resend it at no charge and put the claim in with UPS on our end. It’s our no-hassle policy. Our fulfillment programs are fully customizable to your individual needs. Program types range from simple hold-and-release badge programs to multi-level employee recognition programs, to end-user fulfillment programs. You can pay for the inventory up front or as it is released from our facility. Receive one monthly bill, or individual bills for each shipment. Place orders online, by phone (toll free), by fax or by any combination of those methods. Set limits on who can buy and what quantity can be purchased. Track purchases in a way that is meaningful to you – by cost center, state, item type, etc. Receive specialized reports that show you exactly what you need to know to manage your purchases effectively. Special requests? No problem. We are committed to provide your 100% satisfaction. Here are some of the companies currently utilizing our fulfillment capabilities: Burndy, Credit Union League of New Mexico, Division No. 6 Highway CU, East Bridgewater Savings Bank, Entertainment Specialists, Hingham Institution for Savings, HarborOne CU, MacGray, Marine Lumber, North Easton Savings Bank, Quincy CU, Rockland Trust, Union Savings Bank, Welcome CU, Weymouth Bank, Westerbeke. |
