representative in content. Your logo is a mark or symbol which represents an aspect or product of your business. Your signature is the actual depiction of your company name. In many cases, the logo is your signature. Your identity will be used in many different scenarios, so as part of your package, Walker-Clay provides your identity in all possibly used formats, along with design options that will work in any circumstance.

6 Preliminary designs, all unique in appearance*
4 Second draft designs, derived from one or more of the preliminary designs*
3 Refinement designs, fine tuning one of the second draft designs

Full-color, Grayscale, 1-color no screen; horizontal and vertical options for each**
2 High resolution proof sheets
1 Master disk with identity in the following formats: JPG, EPS, PDF, TIFF

Package 2
8 Preliminary designs, all unique in appearance*
5 Second draft designs, derived from one or more of the preliminary designs*

*If designs in preliminary and second draft stages are not accepted, additional designs can be provided at a rate of $65/hr. Before the initial designs are started, a detailed discussion with the appropriate agent will take place in order to assure accuracy and a strong understanding of the customer’s concepts and requirements for the identity.

**Only the layouts that will apply to the final logo design will be created. This is determined by the final layout of the logo, and whether certain options will be necessary or
appropriate for certain usage.
